Collaboration - Utilizing the tenet of community of practice which is, a group or network of individuals
who share a concern, a set of problems, or a passion about a topic, and who deepen their knowledge and
expertise in this area by interacting with each other on an ongoing basis.
Innovation- Using “multiple minds” to identify issues and meet challenges creating new paradigms and
solutions.
Knowledge Sharing – utilizing research methods and outcomes to collect, store, and disseminate (ideas,
concepts, paradigms)
Life-Long Learning - We value a culture that promotes intellectual inquiry which encourages human
